With the first phase of Allen Mill regeneration completed, we are now looking to an exciting future as this new home for the arts develops. There is still much to do: conserving the ancient monument, restoring the landscape, creating signage and explanation panels, making the woodland walks.
Central to all these aspirations is the continued development of the businesses at The Mill. There are already nine businesses and the site can become home to more. We are looking to the possibility of creating a Community Interest Company to underpin these developments and bring the whole project closer to the Allendale community, we would like to make contact with any interested parties who could help.
